1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petnexo's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infoston Systems Private Limited ("we", "us", "Petnexo").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Petnexo, you represent that you are 18 or older, or that you are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. Services Provided

• Microchip Sales: We sell ISO 11784/11785 FDX-B certified pet microchips and related hardware. Title passes on delivery.
• Pet Registry: A free service to register your pet's microchip and associated details in our database.
• Microchip Lookup: A public tool to check whether a chip number is registered. Results are privacy-masked.
• Lost Pet Campaigns: A paid service to run targeted Meta advertising campaigns to help locate lost pets.
• Update / Transfer: Tools to update pet records or transfer ownership, gated by email OTP verification.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering a pet, placing an order, or submitting a lookup/contact request.
• You must not use our services to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You must not use the microchip lookup tool to harvest personal data or contact pet owners for purposes other than reuniting a found pet with its owner.
• You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA protections, or any other security measure.
• You are responsible for keeping your email and phone number current so that OTP delivery succeeds.

5. Orders, Pricing & GST

All prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown in the order summary. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after payment, we will offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Infoston Systems Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petnexo and Infoston Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: failure to locate a lost pet, inaccurate registry information provided by users, or interruptions to the Meta advertising platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the lost pet campaign service will result in the recovery of a lost pet. Campaign outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including user engagement with Meta ads and the specific geographic area.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
