Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Petnexo generally processes confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, address verification, and business operating days.

Orders received on Sundays, public holidays, or outside business processing hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Shipping Timelines

• Standard delivery within most serviceable locations in India is generally completed within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations, non-metro areas, or courier-constrained regions may require 7 to 10 business days or longer depending on the logistics network.
• These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, Petnexo may share shipment confirmation or tracking details through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

4. Delivery Responsibility

• Petnexo is responsible for packing and handing over the order to a suitable courier or delivery partner.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, valid phone number, and availability to receive the package.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
• Customers should inspect the outer package at the time of delivery and report transit damage, tampering, or missing items within 48 hours.

5. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed by events outside Petnexo’s direct control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, public restrictions, natural disasters, or regional service interruptions. Petnexo will make reasonable efforts to support delivery follow-up but cannot guarantee courier performance in every case.

6. Partial Shipments and Availability

If an order contains multiple items with different availability dates, Petnexo may delay shipment until all items are ready or contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives where practical.
